Wedding guest information
When you use your invitation code, the wedding website may store your invited group name, attendance response, number of guests, contact details you choose to provide, dietary needs and any notes. If you pledge a wedding contribution or cash gift, we also store the pledge details and whether it has been received privately.
We use this information only to organise the wedding, communicate about arrangements and maintain records of voluntary pledges. No online payment is taken, and we do not ask for credit-card or banking details.
Who can see it?
The couple can view the wedding records through a password-protected dashboard. Anyone who has your invitation code can access or update that invitation's RSVP, so please keep the code private. Hosting and external service providers may process limited technical data to deliver the website. Fonts are loaded from Google and the homepage background currently loads an image from Unsplash.
Corrections and deletion
Please contact Amanda or Samuel directly if you need to correct or remove your wedding information. Records should be deleted once they are no longer needed for the celebration and any related follow-up.
This is a short event privacy notice. Update it for the actual hosting arrangements and any additional services you add before the public launch.
